- Establishing a relational database where Motor Third Party Liability Insurance policies of all insurance companies are stored and updating the database with a delay rate of one day maximum,

- Collecting the claim data of the entire insurance companies with regard to Motor Third Party Liability Insurance and associate such records with insurance records.

- Issuing "Claim Status Document" centrally,

- Converting insurance date, insurance rates and claim data into administration reports/information reports in a certain format and announce them to public,

- Meeting the needs of authorized users with regard to the subject matter,

Second Phase;

- Importing traffic registration records from Security General Management on a daily basis and associate such records with insurance records,

- Easing setoff transactions of insurance companies with regard to recourse subrogation,

Further Phases;

- Contributing in the development of the sector in subjects covered in the duties using the current and developing technologies,

OUR VISION

- Establishing a unified Motor TPL Insurance practice,

- Increasing the confidence in the insurance system,

- Determining motor vehicle operators without valid insurance,

- Preventing insurance frauds,

- Establishing fit pricing, and in order to actualize the above mentioned goals, concentration the entire date about the Motor TPL Insurance in a central database, and providing its daily updates and mutual use of such data by relevant parties,

FINANCIAL RESOURCES

- The required financial resources are supplied by the budget of the T.Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Association and with the contribution of insurance companies with regard to Motor TPL Insurance premium generation rates.
